We invest almost 2% of our total turnover in Research and Development every year to create new solutions in terms of product and process.

The research areas cover every feature of the cookware: from design to packaging, from functionality to ergonomics. We currently have more than 30 patents and dozens of registered design patterns.

Through constant research into innovative materials and new generation coatings, we express our commitment to supporting ecology.

Natural coatings

The development of new coatings, to guarantee food safety and current needs for lower environmental impact, has led us to present a new generation of non-stick products made with materials that allow the development of more high-performance, long-lasting and recyclable products to save time and energy .

The coatings are produced in a sustainable way thanks to the use of selected raw materials that are not harmful to humans and the environment and to the use of low temperatures which release fewer CO2 emissions.

Finegres natural covering

Moneta's innovative natural coating made with inorganic materials and natural solvents to reduce the energy consumption of the production cycle and respond to a market that prefers healthy foods.

Artech Stone Ultra

The latest addition to the Moneta coatings which uses a triple layer non-stick coating. It is a stone-effect coating with a rough surface ideal for fast, uniform and fat-free cooking. Furthermore, it is extremely resistant to scratches and abrasions.

Protection Base

Compact, smooth and uniform shield that seals the pan's performance, increasing non-stick properties and ensuring twice as long a life.

The upper class induction

Through its research laboratories, Moneta develops tools that guarantee high performance and efficiency.

Induction bases are born from proprietary and patented technologies designed to provide the best performance in terms of bottom flatness and heating speed: cooking takes less time while consuming less energy.

Induction A

Made using " Impact Bonding " technology, the patented hot pressure process that ensures perfect anchoring of the induction base to the aluminum body. The special shape of the bottom allows for better control of the flatness of the bottom during use, ensuring uniform heating without interruptions with excellent efficiency.

Net Induction

The special woven steel mesh makes the most of the inductive magnetic fields of the induction hob, transferring them in terms of heat generated on the bottom of the piece.
